2011 Client Transformation Challenge
Transform your body the right way! Follow us as we watch the trainees and trainer embark on a 3 month challenge to lose weight, lose inches, and improve body composition. Winners will be rewarded with $$$ and a better, healthier body. Participants will learn the importance of tracking, adherence, teamwork, and consistency as we progress.
